Books by me

Books by me

Just a reminder. I’ll be signing books by me tomorrow, Saturday, the 15th of June, in the clubhouse of The Brodie. That’s in Westminster, Colorado.

Additionally, there will be other residents selling stuff – so it’s like a fair?

A Brief History

of my writing career spans some 62 years. However, as far as books go … . I began publishing in 2003, after closing my bookstore, with the help of a friend. That’d be a collection of essays and poems I’d written from 1999-2003, Sounding Off in Echo Hills. Because I lived in a mountain community called Echo Hills. I was discontent with the Child Welfare System in Colorado. Also the war in Iraq. Moreover, I was suffering from a broken heart,

Just your typical writing subject matter.

Oregon

came next. It is there I began my first novel, Attachment. Which I finished and published (2006) after moving back to Colorado. More typical writer stuff.

Colorado

More specifically, the Front Range, is where I wrote Overcast (2014) and Election 2016 (2018).

My Style

could be called Experimental, because it blends, or maybe bends, fiction and non-fiction. It has been repeatedly called “thought provoking”. As well as emotive.

My books and writing don’t really fit into any neat genre. However, they are complex. But at the same time relatable. So I’ve been told.

In conclusion

come by, if you’re in the neighborhood. I’ll shower, maybe put on a shirt and tie. 🙂
